Lewis Carmichael is a former professional rugby player for Edinburgh Rugby and also played for Scotland. After having to retire from rugby, he is now a telecoms engineer for Openreach based in the Scottish Borders.

Tim stimpson is a former Leicester England and British and Irish Lions Fullback and is now Head of Rugby at Hedkayse. He is also a passionate member of the lobby group Progressive Rugby, keen to help to make rugby more sustainable by making it a safer game for everyone to enjoy, including his sons!

Dr Marshall Garrett

Dr Marshall Garrett is a medicolegal expert with a specialist interest in soft tissue, spinal injuries, and trauma both civil and military. Dr Garrett is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer in functional anatomy and medicolegal medicine, at University of Glasgow Medical School, and is currently collaborating with Swansea University to launch a programme of concussion education nationally.
